RE: 2NITE

RE: 2NITE is a free improvisation quartet that takes itself and the listener on a journey into the moment, reflecting the many rhythms and movements of city life. Acoustically distorted yet tuneful trumpet/saxophone lines weave in and out, intertwined with clear percussive beats and expanding use of the double bass. In a split second RE:2NITE changes direction: deep arching bass tones lead the listener to a calm circular universe. The next city corner could reveal a hypnotizing dance party, open construction sites, or the rustling leaves of tree-lined streets
